Brief Experience :
It all began at the tender age of three, when he started drumming on reversed plastic buckets. He turned away from playing the trumpet - which had been a family tradition for generations - when he was 14. In 1997 his first opportunity to be behind a mixing desk arose. Patrick was immediately fascinated by it, and on the following private and school events it was quite clear that he would be in charge of making music. Dj nightfall found trance in 1998. Shortly after the turn of the millennium, he finally began purchasing records; up to now he's piled up several thousands of them. Due to a health problem, he was forced to reduce making music in the summer of 2002. - By now he's busy practicing again; dj nightfall finally wants to know what he can get by making music. During the last few years dj nightfall has found his own style; a mixture of melodic, remember, hard and progressive trance, not too much commercial and mostly without any vocals. In his (mostly pressuring) sets, dj nightfall integrates at clever chosen passages breathers, consisting of calm trance or progressive songs, which often lets the listener drift away. Nightfall's sets have a strong emotional touch; dreamy, melancholic or aggressive. (Now and again, he even plays a bit of hardstyle and acid).
