Brief Experience :
Born in May 1975 at Laval (Quebec,Canada), Christian Cote a.k.a C-Side is the youngest of a family of 2. For those who don't know C stand for Christian and Side for Cote. His interest for music began when he started to study computers in Cegep de Ste-Therase. Like most of the 19 years old kid he discovered the underground world of raves, club and never ending parties .During this period his passion for electronic music grew and the path to becoming a dj was paved. He knew that later his job would be to make the crowd go wild. Becoming a dj is without a doubt the dream of all dance music lovers; it seems that it's easier to say than to do. Patience and hard work must pay off, after a year practicing C-Side's technique was getting much better. He started to play break beats in 514 parties and at Sona. He got noticed by the first founders of the internationally renowned Red-Lite and they offered him his first residence at Red-lite.If you ask Chris which dj influenced is musical career I bet you will be surprise, he was not influenced by international djs mostly by local names like: Saturnin, Robert De La Gauthier and Luc Raymond. Luc Raymond really helped C-Side when he started by letting him study his techniques giving him good advice. With the results we know today there is nothing else to say than: Goood Job Luc Raymond You probably already seen or heard C-Side in a club, a rave or an after hour. C-Side obtained his first residency at Red-Lite in 95-96. We can count many exhibitions in clubs like: Existenz, Red-Lite, Circus, Stereo, Gravity, Daylight and at Beach-Club in Pointe-Calumet in the Montreal area, Zedna in Trois-Rivieres and of course Systeme after hour in Quebec City. C-Side is resident at Systeme since 2001 and he promoting his own evening called Music In Your Face on the first Saturday of every month for about 3 years now. We cannot also forget the many raves organized by Jubokxe productions in Quebec city where he always got a place of choice and RAM productions for the party Boom and Island in Trois-Rivieres. C-Side played with many internationally renown DJ`s like: Antoine Clamaran, Joeski and Onionz, Robert De La Gauthier, Tommy Sunshine, Bad Boy Bill and many more .
