Brief Experience :
Professional Dj since 1984. Billy G has worked and played in Germany, Canada early in his career. He experimented with all genres of music until he found his place in Hiphop, R&B and Reggae. In the 1990's he started experimenting with various types of House music, with an emphasis on 'progressive', while dabbling with Disco, 80's and Oldschool Classics. He relocated to his home in Hawaii after years of playing in the Mainland. He was one of the first resident dj's of the Maze Nightclub in Waikiki, known for it's multi-room music experience. The only dj that was able to play in all 3 rooms ranging from Hiphop to lounge house and hard progressive music while keeping the dance floor packed. He is now residing at Zanzabar Nightclub, Saturday Night. He is also a Promoter who has done several weekly parties in the Waikiki area since 1994. He has opened up for 50 Cent, Peanut Butter Wolf for hiphop and played with electro dj's such as Christopher Lawrence and the Warp Brothers. He now is the headliner for weekly parties in Hawaii, but does travel for bookings all around the Country. He is known for smooth, flawless mixing and power mixing/remixing. Simply, he creates ENERGY. He produces and edits most of his music and reworks existing music from other artists to his liking. Love him or hate him, he can't be denied.
