Brief Experience :
DJ Skribe started his interest in electronic music in the mid 90’s. Attending every party he could soak in the beats, it wasn’t until a few years of experimenting and exploring the scene that he realized his love for Trance. The pumping four to the floor beats took over his soul and became a way of life for him. Heavily influenced by some of the biggest names in Trance as well as many Local DJs, DJ Skribe decided it was time to step up to the next level and purchased his first set of 1200’s. In 2000 while living in South Korea he spent everyday working on his mixing and networking with the South Korean scene as well as the scene back in Philly making sure he stayed in touch with the hottest tracks to hit the scene. While in Korea DJ Skribe landed his First gig at Club MWG and was instantly drawn into the culture of spinning records for the masses, DJ Skribe describes it as the greatest feeling in the world having everyone dancing to the music you’re playing. After a year in Korea, DJ Skribe was headed back to the states to live in Phoenix, AZ where he would meet some of Arizona’s hottest DJs and become part of many successful weeklies. Since living in Phoenix, DJ Skribe has become a member of 2 Hands Productions and IBB, which throw some of Phoenix’s best events and weeklies. Now back in his hometown of Philadelphia and the newest member of the legendary Local 13 production company, DJ Skribe is ready to show the world what he can do and take the city by storm. His style of trance and UK hard house will leave dance floors exhausted. His track selection is one of his best features when behind the decks. Flawless mixing and the ability to draw the crowd into the music is what makes him a very sought after DJ.
