Time Will Always Tell is a creation of none other than J.Walker, who's career started back in 1992 in a small fishing village in Spain. Responsible for all local chaos and events he was sadly missed when he called it a day five years on. Content that he had enjoyed the DJ life he took a time out to give others a chance to get on the scene. Few years later he began to realize that the talent out there was slipping, so set up his studio again and began mixing, then producing.
