Brief Experience :
ELWAN has proven to be a solid fixture in the dance music world. He has been playing live mix for almost 2 years now, and it didn't take him that long till he started to build up his name in the dance music scene. He was always in love with music since he was a young kid. Well it began by listening to a lot of trance and dance tracks where he found himself addicted to that kind of music. Then he started to compose his own tracks using his own computer and recording some sets for his friends, as they went crazy about his way of mixing and his tracks, and they kept pushing him to keep it up. Then it didn't take long after that when he found his 1st chance to start shinning. He sent a demo for the dj competition that was held by Heineken Thirst in Egypt, where he was selected one of the best 12 djs in Egypt in 2005 and was recognized at an interview on campus magazine. Then from there, he has worked his way to keep up to date with the crowd and best music anthems in the world and he has been doing remixes too for some of the greatest djs such as Tiesto, Armin Van Buuren, Paul Oakenfold ...etc. His style is definitely unique and hard to pinpoint or label, but ELWAN brings his blend of groovy, sexy, twisted, bangin trancy/progressive/electro beats to every set. His acute ear for a tune and a technical ability, that is second to none, have led him through a consistent climb approaching new levels in his mixing. He was a resident dj at Sharkeez Santa Barbara for every Monday (which is the international students night) where he has repeatedly rocked crowds from all over the world by playing his memorable sets. He played on Nile fm radio in Cairo (the best radio channel in the middle east) and he also spun at Pacha club in Marina. More importantly, he's still gaining more experience and knowledge and can still emotionally, mentally, and physically move any crowd, anywhere, at any given time.
