If you see somone nearly finished and you have time ask them if they would like another
Leave the change on a small silver plate and try to leave some high denomination coins on the tray as change if possible. You can make huge tips and most people dont like to take coins as change

I was sent a Gold watch as a gift from a Saudi Royal as I made sure all night they did not wait for any drinks

Im friendly, Im fast, I never underpour, I never spill my drinks
