Bar CQ is the ultimate casual dining experience in the heart of the city, featuring a glass façade providing full views of the hustle & bustle of the city, exceptional service and tasty modern Australian menu. Bar CQ's a la carte menu is available throughout the hotel seven days. Breakfast is served from 10am Monday to Friday, lunch from 12noon daily and dinner until 10pm daily.
George Street Bar is a classic Manhattan style bar, reminiscent of the famous 'Cheers' bar. Entertaining you FREE of charge 7 nights a week , George Street Bar is home of party classics & RETRO hits from the 70's, 80's, 90's and the new Millennium.
Luna Lounge boasts a unique bar, with comfortable booth seating on raised levels and a focus on high quality sound and lighting. Resident and celebrity DJ's spin everything from house, hip hop, funk, and Ol' School and RnB. Open Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights .
Intimately sized, Orange Cocktail bar is suited to social spectators with segregated seating on raised levels providing privacy and the perfect vantage point for perusing the patrons in the nightclub .
The Bottom of the Harbour Bar has a distinct harbour theme and is home to Jacksons sports bar, gaming facilities and leading sound & visual systems. The BHB can be accessed by the internal staircase or by the private lane way entrance adjacent to the main entrance on George Street .
Absolute Pool Bar is located on the second floor and overlooks Sydney Harbour and The Rocks with glimpses of the Harbour Bridge and Opera house. Features 4 pool tables, the latest pioneer video jukebox, amusement machines and is perfect for functions !On Monday night's Absolute Pool bar is home to the $10 Steak & Pool deal.

Breakfast is served from 7.30am Monday to Friday, lunch from 12 noon and dinner until 10pm Sunday to Thursday and 11pm Friday and Saturday. Lunch and dinner bookings can be made in advance and are taken daily.
