The all day Watershed menu is a tasty mixture of modern Australian cuisine with Asian and Pacific Island influences. Guests enjoy a brasserie style dining, serving lunch from 11am and dinner until 9.30pm Monday to Thursday, Friday & Saturday open from 11am serving until 11pm and Sundays from 11am to 10pm. Bookings for lunch and dinner are taken in advance.
